SHIPPING

Turn around time for processing & shipping an order is usually 2-5 business days. I am a one woman show with a full time job, so please bear with me! If you need your order ASAP, leave a note at check out and I will do my best to send it out sooner.

Once your items ship, it is in USPS's hands! Expect 3-7 business days for tracked mail and 1-2 weeks for untracked mail. I highly suggest selecting the tracked mail option, so you can follow along on your order’s journey.

The two types of shipping I currently offer are USPS tracked mail and untracked mail. See below for details.
USPS tracked mail: I highly recommend this option for all orders as it is the most secure and reliable. You must select this form of shipping if you have products other than stickers, bookmarks, magnets and/or postcard prints in your order - that means pins, keychains, earrings, 8x8 prints, sticky notes, note pads, washi tape, and passport covers must use this shipping.
USPS untracked mail: For US orders containing ONLY stickers, bookmarks, magnets and/or postcard prints. This is like mailing any other letter with a stamp, so it does NOT include tracking. Unfortunately, this means that if items are lost in transit, there is nothing I can do. Please reach out if you have an issue and we can try to find a solution.

I currently only ship within the USA, as I am based here and shipping internationally is a bit of a mess at this time, but see the next question for an alternative!

I currently do not ship internationally via my website, but I do via Etsy. I have limited stationery products listed on Etsy, but if want to order something you see on here (like a felt item), please contact me and I will create an Etsy listing for the items you would like! That way fees / taxes are all taken care of.

Yes! I take custom orders for felt items, as well as illustrations. Please contact me via the contact page if there is a custom order you are interested in!
Care & Safety

I use 100% wool felt on all of my products. Wool is strong and durable, but needs some care from time to time! If staining occurs, spot clean only. Wool may pill if abrasion occurs - this is totally natural and not a sign of low quality! It is just a characteristic of wool. To remove pills, using a fabric comb or pumice stone is suggested.

All earrings have stainless steel findings, which is hypo-allergenic, durable, and resists corrosion & oxidation. The simplest way to clean stainless steel is with soap and water.

Handmade felt bag charms and pins are intended for decorative use only and are not designed or manufactured as toys. These items may contain small parts and functional pin backs that could pose a choking or puncture hazard.
For safety reasons, they are not recommended for young children and should not be handled by children without adult supervision. By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge that they are intended for use as accessories by teens and adults.
I recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets, and enjoying them as fun accessories for bags & jackets!
